However he said that Pasungko also experienced what other provinces had at the start yet it doesn’t mind it but continues to implement as it would boast the tourism programs of the province.
Lapid revealed.
For his part Board Member Gerard Hilarion Ramiro, the Provincil Council Chair shared that he;s so happy fr the performances of all the LGUs this year and in every year the level of performance always at par with other festivals in the country.
In fact, he can’t believe that the Pasungko Festval reached to 6th years because at the start nobody believes in him even in getting some sponsors.
But later on people realized that the festival would create economic activities and slowly would invite local and foreign tourist to visit the province.
But because I was so impulsive to develop the tourism program in the province so I asked my Mom Governor Ramiro to help me and ito na ang nahitabo sa pasungko” BM Ramiro quipped.
This years Pasungko festival was participated in by 16 Local Government Units in a contest while Tangub City shared their performances as a gift to all the Misamisnons and did not join the contest.
